Clients are kindly requested to come to their appointments unaccompanied. Our salon and treatment rooms adhere to a strict policy that prohibits the presence of visitors, including children. This policy is in place for both insurance and safety considerations. We appreciate your cooperation in attending all appointments individually.

BOOKING DEPOSIT:

All deposits are strictly non refundable and used to secure your appointment.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY:

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice before the scheduled time. Failing to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit in full. If you need to reschedule your appointment before the 72 hour threshold, we will gladly assist you with no additional charges. However, please be aware that if you decide to cancel your appointment at any time, your deposit will not be refundable. We strictly adhere to a non-refundable policy for all deposits and payments.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS:

Appointment reminders are delivered via email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and via text 24 hours prior. Kindly confirm your appointment by replying with ‘Y’ via text message. If after multiple attempts of contact and no confirmation is received the morning of your appointment, it will be canceled, and you will incur the full appointment fee. We operate on a strict appointment only basis, so please remember to confirm your appointment.

NO SHOW POLICY:

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the appointment cost, rendering the previously paid deposit void. This payment will be automatically processed using the card provided during the online booking. Furthermore, clients who fail to attend their appointments will be subject to an automatic block from scheduling any future appointments. While we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occur, we kindly request that you appreciate the business aspect of our operations and understand that this policy applies uniformly to all clients.

RUNNING LATE:

To ensure you receive the complete service you’ve scheduled, it’s important to arrive punctually. If you anticipate being late, please inform us promptly. We will do our best to accommodate you, but if you exceed a 15 minute delay, regrettably, your appointment will be canceled. You will then need to initiate a new booking. We recommend factoring in sufficient time for parking and potential traffic when planning your arrival.

EXISTING TATTOO/CORRECTION CLIENTS:

If you have previously received cosmetic tattooing services at another salon, it is imperative that you disclose this information before scheduling an appointment. We require an initial consultation to assess whether a correction is feasible or not. Attending your appointment without prior consultation will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and we will be unable to proceed with the treatment. Please refrain from booking without undergoing a consultation if this applies to you.

GIFT VOUCHERS:

All gift vouchers come with a 3 year expiration period and cannot be redeemed or reissued after this timeframe expires. Beauty Call Perth bears no responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
